Observation details

IMG 5743 shows at least 4 adult males and 3 adult females fully or mostly molted into adult plumage. Males are, of course, unmistakable. Females show a distinct eyeline and white eye arcs above and below. 3 of the 4 males are closely accompanied by females. From left to right: 1st male in center of group of 7 that includes a coot and a couple of CITE - female is right in front of the male; 2nd male, next group of going right , is flanked by at least 1 female: 3rd and 4th adult plumaged males or just to the right of the battling/splashing CITE with a female BWTE between the 2 males. IMG 5759 shows most - 42, if not all, of the entire flock of of BWTE and CITE.
