Observation details
Prior find by Jason Hedlund. Refound with a group of searchers. I saw this bird working near the ice line along a point off the MN side of river. Showed a very sloped black head with a crescent shaped white mark on face. Back showed a stronger black over white appearance compared to the COGO present. Wonderful bird for the county.
