Observation details

Rare along the river, found about a quarter of a mile South of the bridge, seen on top of a small leafless tree, constantly wagging its tail. Call similar to a Black Phoebe, dark above, head even darker, whitish throat, smudging across the chest, belly light, with a hint of yellow. Included a poor digiscope photo, with the head turned, and the throat is not visible.
