Continuing rarity, see Steve Mirick's comments; preponderance of evidence supports this species being an imm. male Rufous. Bird was active and appeared healthy; seen every 15-30 minutes. Heard a few times, and have photos. Big shout out to the homeowner for being so welcoming!
