I’m listing this as a PUFI but I haven’t seen this plumage before with the very bright red crown with little red on face; but there is significant red on wing coverts

first 2 photos are same bird - the very red crown with no red on face caught my attention, but there is significant red on wings coverts leaning to PUFI
