Observation details

Seen in the center concrete at the tubes; felt off for AHGU so I took a pic to review later; after review and deliberation, the following stand out to me - dark pink legs, muted color to the bill, pale webbing on the outer primaries, off-black, somewhat sooty color to the primaries, dark iris; these features initially led me to believe this was an ICGU (Thayer's) but the hefty bill and overall size and bulky build to the bird do not fit; feel free to reach out if this is misidentified!
