Observation details

After seeing the bird two days before, I returned to the exact same location for an attempt to take some photos. I choose a perfect place in the understory to watch the surroundings, put the playback farther away, sat and wait. At 17:30 the bird responded very close, and soon I can observe it again. This time was a real show : I spent about 20 minutes out of the time with this ultimate mega bird, walking quietly and singing close to me, showing every angles of its unique plumage. I was finally able to take several photos, videos and more sound recordings to document properly this new undescribed species !
