Observation details
Initially thought to be Redpoll's but upon review of the photos they turned out to be Pine Siskin's. We had a brief look at a flock in two deciduous trees but once we got a scope on them they were flushed by a truck coming down the hill. The flushed group joined a larger flock of 2-300 hundred birds which flew high above us
