Observation details

Between second and third pull outs (best viewed from second). Sharp contrast between sparkling white face and dark slate crown. Similarly white throat and and underparts versus dark upperparts. Have been virtually absent in Galveston Co. The past two winters (since 2022), at least with documentation. A few reports with no details from well-birded areas aside.
