Observation details

Continuing, found this morning by Jon Skinner. Rather plain bird slightly smaller than the Horned Larks it was associating with. Streaky brown back, brown crown stripe, faint eye stripe, and brown auricular, lacks rufous shoulder patch of Lapland Longspur. White outer tail feathers seen when stretching and in flight. Photos.
