Observation details
Orange wash to the face - a little paler post ocular. Pale buffy wash across the breast, distinctly paler than the facial color. Distinct flecking across the breast. Found in the same location as last Wednesday, and at pretty much exactly the same time. This time not tinking. Gave me a few seconds to grab a shot before flying to a couple of other spots. Brian resighted it a little later.
