Observation details

First identified by guide David Kowalick. Small, slender honeyeater. Black throat extending onto upper breast. Black on sides of head extending from above the eye down the sides of the nape framing a white face and white forehead. Dark eye and beak. Dark streaks along sides of breast and to a lesser extent along flanks. Lower breast and belly white. Back of head and nape appeared grayish changing to a very dull greenish on the back, rump, tail and wings. Streaks on the back. Photos.
