Observation details
Continuing immature male. Lifer! Apparent 5th record for Missouri. Oriole visiting the feeders and birdbath frequently. Orange-yellow coloring to the entire head(strongest orange in the malar area of the face), throat, and extending onto the breast stopping before the stomach. Tail shared same coloring. Black throat developing indicating immature male. Dark eyeline(strongest between eye and bill but faintly extending past eye). Greenish-yellow top of the head becoming grayer into the back. Wings gray with white “serrated” wing-bar. Pale gray stomach. Many thanks to the gracious homeowners for allowing a visit!
