Observation details

Long tail, pale yellow eyes?, long, slightly decurved bill, rufous brown above, streaked below, two white wing bars, looked to have a very pale supercilium, appeared to have light-based bill - seen at dusk, snowing, bird partially obscured from view feeding briefly under covered bird feeder before flying out of view - photos lightened to show details
