Observation details

Recorded at the same location where Garrett H. found a swamp sparrow (more precisely, in the moist bushy stuff on the other side of the path). I got excited when I first heard these calls but they don't sound quite right for swamp sparrow chip calls and the waveform doesn't look right either. Considered these calls as a possible northern waterthrush but I wasn't sure that they sound "metallic" enough. Will update this checklist in the future if I can get a positive ID on these calls.
