Observation details

Seen near the double water feature close to the parking lot. The bird was bathing so the feathers are wet.A large warbler with a stout bill as seen in the photos. Yellow eye ring, dark lores, dark-ish auriculars, white throat, yellow chest, rufous flanks, white belly, two black and white wing bars, off white/cream under tail coverts and olive upper-back.
