Observation details
Big numbers loafing and feeding with whales and sea lions in a feeding frenzy, and additional flocks flying past in the background as we watched the whales. This estimate of 220 is the sum of many different groups of 10-50 each, each of which was estimated as a flock. Photo shows just a few of them.
