Observation details
After getting input from JG switching to SCSH. Seems too much white in primaries for Cory’s. Still unsure if/how molt plays into that. Original listing description below. Will work on this at home. One salvageable photo shows extensive white in primaries. However, bird was very messy, molting flight feathers. I am wondering if the white primaries were old bleached out feathers not the white “ fingers” described in guides. However one dorsal photo shows what look to be fresh inner primaries ( 1-6 ) so I am not sure if the apparent white can be explained off due to wear.
