Observation details
3 identified by chip call or flight call, 1 identified by chip call, then confirmed by sight when it sat up for almost a minute about 15 feet in front of us. The flight call was frequent just after sunset. Flight call a high, dry, slightly descending trill. Chip call a very dry sticcato chip, which we watched it make. I will upload recordings of the flight call and I believe I also recorded some chip call notes. The visual revealed a streak-chested, large headed, large billed ex* Ammodramus sparrow with a distinct olive-green head descending to the base of the neck. Streaking sides and across the breast. The face had a dark lateral stripe extending out from the eye and extended down to the cheek. The eyebrow and malar were a drab olive-green. A slim dark line seperated the off-white throat from the olive-green malar. We also noted a distinct, high contrast white eyering. Pictures will be uploaded, and I will ulpoad a video the sparrow allowed us to take, if I am able to upload video
