Observation details

Photos. I Will upload More photos later, but I want to get the word out. Viewed from southern point of the lake, Mixed in with common Pochards. This duck has a dark almost black head, brown chest, gray bill, and very obvious light yellow eye that sets it apart from the common pochard it was associating with. Did not catch any glimpse of green sheen on head. Bill and head shape looks different than that of greater scaup, and no white behind bill. Doesn’t look good for tufted duck based on bill shape. Feedback is welcomed.
