Observation details

Calling away here: (42.0516010, -124.2625996). Got photos and audio. It was initially calling from high up in a Doug-fir that had thick flowering ivy to the top of the tree. I believe it was catching bees like the Coos Summer Tanager. The flowering ivy is just loaded with insect life this time of year.
