Observation details

Success during second attempt! Started hearing faint, raspy begging calls from sub-adults around sunset, and after careful scanning of hillsides located one perched on a rock. As it was getting darker, I saw two of the sub-adults flying around, at some point crossing over to the other side of the path. Calling continued, and heard the third calling from the opposite side. Also hear faint calling of adult further up the valley. Light was fading fast, most distinctive field mark I noticed was rather tawny heads.
