Observation details

There has been a CAGO x BAGO hybrid here for several years. These photos are not good, they are distant and the bird never showed me his flank, but you can see the cheek patch and flanks are intermediate between the two species. Also, there is a bit of a purplish sheen to the head which has been very prominent in these birds.
