Observation details

Initially suspected NECO when I arrived and observed all the Cormorants perched out on some exposed stumps to the south of the “island” and one individual appeared smaller but it was not close enough to any of the other cormorants for good side by side comparison and too distant to see well. Later on 5 cormorants were swimming very close together and one was obviously dwarfed by the others. Took several poor digibined videos and will attach screen shots showing side by side size comparison. Will provide the videos to reviewer if needed. In the 10th image you can just make out the white V on the NECO and I’ve blown that image up even more for easier viewing on the last photo.
