Observation details

I looked up at very end and saw largish accipiter type, soaring overhead, immediately felt something seemed off about this bird for Cooper's Hawk and grabbed camera and started to take several shots. Of note, bird had very large protruding head, fairly prominent rounded chest, heavy streaking on breast, tail spread apart, appeared to have wavy markings in it but was missing several feathers. After further review, I'm leaning towards Cooper's Hawk but open to feedback.
