Male. Photographed, poorly, at a great distance (digi-scoped) with iPhone through 30X Kowa spotting scope. Noted ruddy-brown head, creamy-yellow forehead, mostly gray back and sides, rosy blush to the breast. Blue-gray bill. Puffy-headed silhouette. Compared directly to American Wigeon.
