Observation details

WWSC/SURF profile. Both same size and in close proximity of one another. Could see white markings on head. Wing flap seen twice not positive same duck, with no white viewed on wing looking towards front of duck. Approximately the same size as COGO. Tail length appears long in both ducks. Likely both surf scoter
