Observation details
Photographed an accipiter-like raptor that I originally misidentified as a Cooper's hawk. It was bulky, with a very streaky belly and wings, with a banded tail. It took me several weeks before I could go through the photographs from that outing and found that it was a juvenile goshawk instead! It was being attacked by a robin when we spotted it. Will share photographs.
