Observation details
Male and female. Male with dark green head, yellow bill, white neck band, brown breast, grayish body. Female was mottled brown with an orange bill. Initially feeding in the pond with a large number of other ducks (29.52096, -82.32513). A pair of bald eagles caused most of the ducks to take flight, including the pair of Mallards, however the Mallards didn’t land again. On my walk back to the parking area, the pair of Mallards flew past me, heading west back towards the same pond. Both had bold white bars at top and bottom of the speculum.
