Observation details

I THINK it’s a Red-Tailed hawk. Saw it in a tree in front of Fish Hatchery building. It saw me as I saw it, so it flew to the light pole. Photos aren’t great, and there was a lot of cloud cover. eBird didn’t object to species selection when I added the media.
