Observation details
Found originally by Beverly Hallberg I believe. Very small wren with a very short tail often held raised over its back. Pale supercilium, and dark diffuse barring on flanks. Initially located by call (lower than a PAWR. In between a RECR and SOSP). Bird trilled short a few times as well. And was very distinctive. Was able to view the bird while it called as well. There were PAWR and MAWR foraging near it, so it was nice to see the comparison. PAWR were darker overall with a much darker chest and throat compared to the WIWR. MAWR lacked the flank barring, were larger, had longer tail and striped back.
