Observation details

Feeding on the two-track trail among White-crowned Sparrows. Overall drab with no wing bars. My first thought was Orange-crowned Warbler but the eyebrow was more prominent and the tail was wagging as it was feeding. Yellow undertail coverts. Was able to take a photo after it flew to a nearby dead stalk. 31.27024° N, 97.47688° W
