Observation details

Counted by 50s as several large flocks flew in from the N, and circled overhead, coalescing into larger groups and kettling before heading S over the river. A noisy and spectacular aggregation that started with fewer than 200 birds flying in at 1135 and ended about 20 minutes later once most had departed across the river.
