Observation details

Decided to check spot that Ron Martin found one this past February, and found 2! On the same light poles just west gravel road entrance (on north side) to red cattle field with light blue tanks and farm equipment. Bird was black, with glossy irredescnce, pale eye, short tail, and located on a telephone pole out in open field with cattle. Photos attached. A second bird flew up to join it on the wire, looking identical, and they flew off to the south over the field. Ruled out Rusty BB due to habitat. Calls given, but wind gusts prevented recording.
