Observation details
First heard soft "pwip!" repeated a few times, sounded similar to expected Hammond's but a bit off. Bird flew up into view and looked somewhat like expected Western (olive-green overall with tear-shaped eyering) but voice off. Was able to get some poor but diagnostic photos, especially of outer primaries (p5 >> p10)
