Perched Cooper's Hawk in the high school courtyard.
Observation details
1 Senn Community Garden 1 Glenwood At an elevation of ~75', the first individual circled twice above the garden and Tennis Courts before heading southwest beyond Clark. I'm not certain if they were initially perched in the trees above, but may be probable as the Cottonwood crown is approximately at that height. The second individual is on Glenwood and was perched in the canopy. They made a descent towards the bushes occupied by the House Sparrow, with a mere 3' distance above the ground (no touchdown). The elevation took them back into the trees where they perched for about a minute. The Hawk then turned north to the corner of the 'U' shaped courtyard. Said Hawk perched about 5 minutes before departing. This Hawk has much darker wing feathers compared to the one in the Community Garden.
