Observation details
Late(for whatever it is). Dark wings and back, white underside, short squarish tail. Brief view as it zoomed over the beach into the dunes. Spotted a few minutes later in the middle of the dunes as it went up and down in the wind. Disappeared and was unable to relocate again. Plain white underside seems to rule out Cliff/Cave. Tail too short for a Barn. No breastband for a Bank. Did not get a look at the head.
