Observation details
I found it right at the site of the new fair construction in Guagua Sumaco. As I was passing by, I noticed something moving on the ground. I stopped and took a few steps closer, and suddenly it flew up. When I raised my binoculars, I could see it clearly and take in every detail of this tiny owl.
