Observation details
Found earlier today by Victor Ferreira. Small tern w/black head and underbody; light gray wings, back, and tail. Has large, long wings compared to its small body. In certain light and angles, wings and tail appear white. Seen straight out flying amongst tall lake grass far from where I stood. Thank you Ben.
