Observation details
Spotted perched in a tree in a domestic area. As I suspected it may be a pet of one of my neighbours I spent some time trying to catch it & was close, but didn’t manage to get it before it flew off. It spent most of the time remaining still on a branch doing nothing and not making sounds.
