Observation details

Snowy Owl found walking on the ground at the Pendleton County Fairgrounds. Transported directly to RAPTOR INC in Milford OH by Kathy and Joe Caminiti. Was taken to the vet by the rehab facility, but unfortunately it did die that evening. Very emaciated and other health issues. See photos.
