Observation details

Continuing bird seen around Animal Health Buildings near pecan grove. Moving between perches on the fence around the tower and smallest building, roofs of the smallest and leftmost buildings, gravel road and in the pecan tree near those buildings, the meter, the transformer, the AC unit, and the irrigation. Had an Eastern phoebe fly in and was able to get a comparison between the two birds, with the Say's of course having the buffy breast but also seeming to have a longer darker tail.
