Observation details
Initially reported via FB group. Strolled down and found Sam with eyes on the bird. Excellent views at the corner of Franklin and Oregon. Didn’t seem very concerned with passers-by - even a few canids 🐕 - and was catching/trying to catch a few moths near the floodlights. Did some cool hovering acrobatics. Photos tba.
