Observation details

While searching for the SWSP, this bird popped up enough for me to see the tail pumping with yellow undertail coverts. It disappeared for a while, then came back into view all wet and proceeded to preen. Surprised to see this in the area next to the small pier/platform in the Virgin St. patch.
