Observation details
Found earlier. Smaller than nearby LAGU. Small, rounded head with dark gray along the nape and back of the head. Small, black bill with faint lighter tip. Black leading edge to outer wing, white triangle and gray base visible on upper wings in flight. Flew down the beach, and then back to the large group of gulls on the beach close to the jetty.
