Observation details

Calling repeatedly in regrows forest 30 m uphill from main road. Call recorded. Only seen briefly as a long winged Phylloscopus warbler with a long broad flared yellow supercilium, extensive dull orange on base of relatively long stout bill and unmarked underparts washed dull yellowish. Upperparts not seen
