Observation details
Continuing juvenile bird. Relocated on second (middle) coffer dam pylon below the dam. Bird spent most of time preening which made it very hard to pick out. Larger bird than surrounding Double-cresteds. Large peaked head with massive gray bill and whitish belly were best distinguishing features. Photos attached.
