Observation details
After it departed B&M on Commerce to the southeast, re-found it on a solar panel within the truck yard across the Christiana River as viewed from pier in Babiarz Park. Very active! Landed on trucking containers and ground. Eventually perched on a snag overhanging the river. Photos TBA.
