Observation details

About same size as RBGUs next to it, lighter and smaller than juvenile herring gulls nearby. Very light primaries and tail, under wings shows light silvery. Outer primary feathers coloring paler contast suggests Kumlieni's over Thayers. Was suggested to be a 1st winter/cycle. Pics included
