Observation details

Detailed look at bird from adjacent boardwalk at the Texas State Aquarium. Blue beak with reddish base, bright blue eyering with dark eyes. Feathers on head and belly are a cream color while wing feathers appear to be whiter (or have some blue coloring). Edge of wings are dark brown / black. Wing tips show some orange coloration. Feet are (like the namesake suggests) red.
